If you are unable to register your return on our portal, please check the following: 
 

  1. You have entered the email address used to place the order correctly. 

  1. Your order number is entered as appears on your order confirmation - Including "SweatyBettyNZ#"

  1. It is within the 45-day period from the date of purchase.
